User Support

The staff of the SMoCC supports users by providing advice while planning the experiments, using the equipment and for data evaluation. We introduce and certifiy new users to ensure a proper and safe use of the instruments. We also supervise data evaluation to ensure the quality standards and provide help when problems arise. We will implement a quality management guarantying long-term and constant amelioration of the infrastructure, processes, and services.
